Talk to me ladies. I need to know where to start.

TIA

Where do you live? If you leave near Ronkonkoma you have to go to the Diet Shop on Portion Road. They ahve a TON of gluten free products!! It is incredible!

Re: Gluten Free

there's also glutenfreemall.com

a few gluten free alternatives are too gross to get used to for someone who's had the real deal before, i won't lie. gluten free bread and bagels were the worst - too heavy and taste terrible. I couldn't try them more than once.

are you close to a whole foods? they have a good selection of gluten free options. rice and quinoa pasta are actually really good! and their selection for different flours for gluten free baking is great.

When I was gluten free but wanted cookies, brownies or pancakes, Cherrybrook Kitchen saved me

Re: Gluten Free

I have seen a section at our stop n shop. It's more than I expected at a 'regular' grocery store.

Re: Gluten Free

Are you near an Asian supermarket? They are lots of noodle products that are made from rice, mung beans, etc. But they are really more suited to stir fry type dishes than Italian tomato sauce.
