Depends on the neighborhood. If there are a lot of SAHMs, or retirement communities nearby, that could be the busiest time of the day....

I was wondering this too for my parents. I told them to stay away from the early and the late.
We are going at 6:30am if that helps you.

I would say around 2 or 3. Schools start to let out at that time so the parents will be at home to pick up the kids from the bus.
