I've been having that problem, too. Getting a humidifier REALLY helped tremendously. (I noticed a difference after a few days of sleeping with one in the room.)
Do you have forced air heat? We do and it's so dry. I can't wait to get the system humidifier replaced with something that works! For now, I have the Vick's cool mist humidifier in my bedroom. I think I paid $35 for it at CVS. HUGE help!
