I saw that show once and it featured a place (can't remember where) that made a 12 egg omelet served on a pile of hash browns Chat Icon

they showed this one guy finishing the WHOLE THING... took him about 2 hours to do it Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

eta: I found it.. it's called "Beth's Cafe" in Seattle

Location: Seattle, Wash.
The Challenge: Blend in with the Crayola-punk atmosphere while binging on 12-egg omelettes and unlimited hash browns
------------------------------------
Serving enormous breakfast platters anytime day or night, Beth's Cafe is as much a Seattle landmark as the world-famous Space Needle — well, almost. It has been a favorite hangout for hungry 20-somethings since it first opened in the Green Lake district in 1954. Little has changed since then, barring the ever-expanding mural of customer-drawn artwork that graces the walls, a tradition that began as a way to placate the late-night drunks. As colorful as the wall-art is, it often doesn't compare to the artwork on the customers. It's not uncommon to see colorful mohawks, polychromatic tattoo sleeves or motley dye jobs at Beth's Cafe.

If you can brave a visit to Beth's, be sure to bring your appetite because the portions are absolutely huge. Topping the list of oversized menu items is their infamous 12-egg omelette. This giant helping of fried, beaten eggs is served on a pizza plate with toast and unlimited helpings of hash browns, which makes it impossible to leave the table unsatisfied. Judging from the long lines that form outside the restaurant late on Sunday mornings, Beth's colossal breakfasts are as delicious as they are ambitious.
