Don't hire 4 Of A Kind, they were terrible I have heard good things about Tim White construction.
We have used a "handyman" who is fantastic. I don't think he does plumbing but does know lots of people in the biz.

I know Allure does it, but I hear they are expensive.
We don't have a basement, but I had Tim White Home Improvements here giving an estimate on a different job and he mentioned that they recently started doing it and it's cheaper than Allure. I know a few people who have used him for contracting projects and were really happy with the work. Their number is 631-956-7553

Allure has done a lot of work in my development and I haven't heard great things. As I posted before, a friend of mine used them for a very large outside job (over 80K) and was very unhappy. They subcontract out all their work. This year she is doing a larger inside job and is not using them.
