That would be me saw them open for Black Sabbath in '77 at MSG!
Yeah! Your old too - and probably a little older than me (unless you were younger than 10 in '77).
We are so broke right now because we just redid our whole house (from soup to nuts), but I do have to at least try to get tickets. You only live once and if they actually do make it, I am sure it will never happen again!
When do they actually go on sale?

Tickets are available through: http://www.vanhalen.net/tour.html
They aren't on sale for MSG yet, though. DW and I are going to try and make it. We've been fans since the late 70s.

They canceled their last tour years ago..... plus, there is always some sort of drama behind the band members.

Yeah, I know. I doubt they will this time. Hopefully not after alot of places have gotten tickets already.

I liked Diamond Dave in the early '80s, but unfortunately nobody ever got him a new calendar.... It's 2007. Everything he's done is pretty much early '80s style. Most of his solo albums after VH were '80s. Even his latest Blues album is mostly remakes of his '80s hits.
I think Sammy is a much more versatile singer.
