 | Whats your (solid eating) babies schedule like, because... Ryans goes like this..
 6- bottle(7oz)
 630- cereal and fruit
 (3 tbspn .5-whole jar of stage 2)

 10- bottle(7oz)

 12- lunch- cereal & veg
 (3tbspn cereal & .5-whole jar of stage 2)

 2- bottle (7oz)

530ish- cereal, fruit, veg, and meat
(ex: if the meat is apples and chickn (i give half), I give 3 tblspns of cereal and half jar of a veg. - or if the meat is Turkey and sweet pot. I give half- and then half jar of fruit, and 3 tbslspns cereal)

 630ish- 7oz bottle and bed...

My MIL says I shouldnt be giving cereal with every meal...However I told my ped my sched and he didnt say anything...

Ryans not gaining more than usual either
My big reason for always mixing it with cereal is because Ryans a spitter, and since some fruits and veg are thin and runny, alot of times he spits them up.... giving them w/ cereal makes a BIG difference...??!!!

 | Re: Whats your (solid eating) babies schedule like, because... Bella's Schedule is this:
 7 am-6 oz bottle

11am-5 tbsp cereal, Stage 2 fruit
 4 oz bottle

3pm-5 tbsp cereal, Stage 2 veggie
 4 oz bottle

6:30-ish-4 tbsp cereal, veggie or fruit, half of yogurt.

 8-anywhere from 3-6 oz bottle

My doc told us to start giving her cereal 3x a day at the 6 month appopintment....

Bella is what I call skinny-fat...She looks like she has some weight on her, but she is still in 3-6 month clothing at 7 months because of her skinny little waist...

She was 26 inches and 17 lbs at her last appointment...

yes, baby yoplait, I give it at lunch time, I use soy yogurt, but if RJ has no problem with milk proteins than he will do fine!

I started YoBaby Yogurt somewhere around 7 - 8 months.

I can't remember where I read it but somewhere it said that next to formula or breastmilk a staple of an infant's diet should be whole grains so giving him cereal sounds fine to me.I give it to her with every meal as well but some days she eats once a day, others twice and then others 3 times. Just depends on her mood.
