My doctor from SIRM dallas called and gave me my results of my cd 3 bloodwork.
DHEAS- Is elevated. Which is the indicator of PCOS.
auto-immune Antibodies for Thyroid (?)- tested postive
FSH-4.7
LH-4.1
Testestorne- Normal
Insulin Fasting-Excellent
What Next?
NK/APA testing from Millenova.
Basically, He mentioned that age is not my factor. I am not at risk for diabetes. The additional auto-immune testing will determine my protocol. My real concerning factors are my fibroids and the possibility of having true Hydros.
I meet with him for a saline U/S on the 28th. I have been dealing with the clinic via phone and internet. I must say ......they are wonderful! I could email him at anytime. Thus far, I totally recommend SIRM.
BTW, has anyone used Millenova?

I am REALLY happy to hear you are getting some answers. I dont have too much knowledge on what it all means, but its a great start and I hope leads to you getting a BFP really darn soon!

I uised Millanova - I went to SIRM in NY, they took my blood and sent it off. I think I paid around $1K for the testing and all the overnight shipping charges -- and I don't have any immune issues but to me it was worth the $$ just to rule that out. I didn't deal with the lab really, since SIRM took care of everything for me.
I love the NY office, the people there are just wonderful - and they all know your name.
