Anyone know House for sale
Hello everyone! Dh and I recentlly just found out we are pregnant! yay! We need to move out of our One Bedroom apartment into a three bedroom condo or house quickly. Houses are extremely expensive nowadays, and I was just putting this out there to see if anyone knows of anyone who is selling, but wants to sell fast, or hasnt put the house on the market yet? 300k is what we are looking for a in a decent area. I would appreciate anyone who can help! Thank You.

I just sent you an FM! How much are you asking? Please let me know. TO everyone else...I am looking pretty much anywhere that has a nice school district. My family lives in suffolk county and Dh job is in nassau...so either way is fine. I would love a house with an apartment in it to rent out...highly unlikely though in the 300k's.

For the smithtown co-op I posted...I just did a search on the areas I like with your criteria and found it on mlsli.com... it is not my co-op
If you are willing to move as far east as Centereach, you can find a house in the mid-low $300Ks with an apartment
