what are we not allowed to do
Is it bad to bend down, or squat down. I heard someone say that its not good to do that. I also heard that lifting is bad. How about lifting an 18 month old toddler? Is swallowing gum bad? There are so many things that i heard that i'm not suppose to do, but its driving me crazy.
