May moms-to-be...checking in...

Just wanted to see how the other May moms-to-be are feeling.

Most of us are now in our 2nd trimester or about to be.

Any changes?

What are you starting to prepare?

Is it starting to become more real now?

Still feeling morning sickness, I hope that goes away soon.
I will be in my 2tri this thursday.

The change for me is that my belly is growing. Oh and so hungry. I will eat something and then 20 mins later i will be starving.

I can't wait to find out the sex of the baby

I will be 12 weeks on Thursday and I THOUGHT would finally be into my 2nd trimester...

I feel fine - a little tired, some heartburn at night. Yesterday I wore my first maternity pants - not because of my belly but I couldn't get my BUTT into any normal pants!!

I started spotting yesterday -- very dark and only when I wipe. I called the Dr. and he said it is a common side effect of Lovenox. But if I am nervous I can go in for an u/s. I told him I'd see how things were today. I still have a tiny bit, I think I w ill wait until lunchtime to make a decision on that.

Is it too soon to register???

I know, I thought it was 12 too.

The doctor confirmed to me the other day that most physicians will consider you first trimester until you are exactly 14 weeks along.

When you think about it in terms of 40 weeks, it makes sense. 40/3 is 13.3. But intuitively 12 weeks makes more sense to me.

I'm 15 weeks and a day or 2... I just started to show... Feeling good - I told work yesterday. They took it well. lol!

In my 15th week now. Still puking......
No belly to speak of yet and I am having headaches

I am still exhausted as well. But that could be from chasing Connor and working full time!

14 wks now... slight belly... might be moving into maternity soon... just to be comfy at this point.
feel ok most of the time, just get headaches and lightheaded when i get too hot.

Just went for my 16 week bloods and I feel great! Just a lil stressed beacsue we are looking to move out of our 1 bedroom apt

I am 14 weeks today & still getting nauseous on and off, though not nearly as bad as it had been for the past 6-7 weeks! I am less tired & get up less times at night to go to the bathroom which is a big relief!

I have been in maternity pants since week 6 - I have been very bloated and regular ones have been uncomfortable. I bought them a size smaller than what I would normally wear, so they fit good.

I am looking forward to really showing so I don't look like I've just outgrown my clothes! I haven't gained any weight yet, but it shifted to my middle.

No preparations yet - the baby will be in our room for a while or until we convince my 20 year old step-daughter to move downstairs to the spare bedroom! That will take some doing!


It is definetly more real now & I feel less afraid of having a m/c every day! That is a big relief!

I am 15 weeks and really starting to show now. A stranger at the supermarket even rubbed my belly on Sunday

Feeling excellent except I'm very tired. I think a lot of it has to do with working full time and hauling around a 25lb toddler the rest of the day! Ah, do I miss the first pregnancy when I could relax!

Otherwise, we haven't been preparing anything yet...will do the room during the winter. Still hasn't sunk it yet!
