I asked my dr. he said no..but I'm only in my first trimester if that means anything.

Before I knew I was pregnant I drank a glass a wine with dinner sometimes more.. I told him he said ,"what you did prior does not count." Also he told me no hair dye my girlfriends dr. told her go ahead color your hair... I guess every dr. is differant

I also heard something about the antioxidents in Green Tea to be NOT good for the baby.

Funny - I've been drinking green tea every sindel day, on the recommendation of my acupunturist who specializes in fertility.
What's wrong with ginseng???

i'm pretty sure that I read that Green Tea is only harmful if you are drinking massive amounts- like 5 or more cups every single day. 1 drink, or even 1 every day is ok!

I was told NO herbal teas of any kind. The herbs all though they are natural are NOT good for the baby. Even ginseng. It can give the baby an adverse reaction to some of the foods you consume. Natural remedies that were ok before pregnancy like fertility are ok to stimulate your body but its not good for the babies body. That is what I was told by several doctors.
