can you get af while bfing?
i am bf but only pumping and it has gotten very slow l am pretty sure i just got af. is this normal?

Yes. I BF Emma till she was 2 1/2 and got AF at 7 months. I BF Jeremy till he was 16 months and I got AF at 13 months. When your baby stops eating as much your hormones trigger AF. Sorry

Yes, I BF Andrew from day one, never supplemented and still got AF back at 7 weeks pp. I was an unlucky one!

Yes!
With Caiden I got AF 7 weeks PP and Connor 6.5 weeks PP. EBF as well! I'm also one of the unlucky ones!

An unlucky one here....I EBF'd and after 4 weeks of PP bleeding I had one week off then got AF. Been getting AF regularly ever since and it is stronger than ever!

Yes..pumping or nursing doesn't matter. You can get your AF at anytime.

Yes, I'd say it was normal. When I started tapering off bf'ing & starting supplementing I got AF (8 months pp)

I pumped only and got AF 8 weeks pp...the hormones when you pump are not the same as the BF'ing hormones...
I didn't miss that beeotch at all!!!
