Headaches!!!
I have had the worse headache since yesterday. I took some tylenol, have been drinking water, got enough rest and nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Make sure you are eating small meals all day. I always got headaches when I didn't eat or drink enough.

I usually put an ice pack on my head and go to sleep. Seems to work for me. Tylenol doesnt really work for me.
