so spencer is one!!
well yesterday was his real birthday but it's his big party today! i'm going crazy cooking for it and cleaning. one question for anyone who is a cook. when making rachael rays you wont' be single for long penne ala vodka, has anyone doubled the cream to make it creamier and can i use chicken broth instead of chicken stock or will it not thicken? thanks!! i posted on recipes but i don't think anyone will go on there this early!!!
