How does everyone deal with being emotional?
If you are?
I am 15 weeks and lately I have been so sad missing my grandmother. She died a year and a half ago and for some reason I've been so sad for the past week missing her.
I don't know if it is the holidays (and being alone for them for the first time in my life) or being pregnant. I was kind of sad around my wedding missing her too, but I wear her wedding band, so that made that a positve experience.
How does everyone cope with just being sad?

One of the pitfalls of pregnancy is being emotional. Whether it's short fused or easily weeping, it's just part of the game. I suggest simply letting it run it's course and cry if you feel the need to. It's all your hormones...regardless of where you are in your pregnancy, they can make you seem emotionally unstable to some people. My husband can't stand how I can be fine one minute and bawling the next...but he's learned that's just a pregnant woman.
