Maternity leave woes
This week has been my 8th week out on maternity leave. I'm scheduled to go back on 12/4 but I'm going to have to go back sooner since my DH is still out of work.  I'm so upset! I only got 6 weeks out unpaid with Caiden so I was hoping to get all twelve weeks with Connor. I am so upset with my DH for losing his job. (remember it was his fault) Now I have to lose out on more time at home with him. I'm not ready to go back yet. I really needed to go back this week financially, but I just couldn't do it!  I REALLY want to stay out until 12/4 but I can't see how financially? If he doesn't find work soon we're already going to have to live off of credit cards. We took a 2nd mortgage out to pay them off a year ago and now this!!! Thanks for listening... I just needed to vent!

Ughh - that sucks! 
Tell DH to get a job flippin burgers at Mickey D's in the meantime just so you can stay home a bit longer!

What is your DH doing to support his family? Is he actively searching for a new job? I too would be very resentful and hurt, especially since losing his job was his fault. I hope that he finds something FAST.

Well, we sent his resume out to about 15 different places so far and he's filled out applications at a couple of retail places but we haven't heard anything yet. He still works at his second job at night, but that's only a small amount of money.
I just keep praying that someone will call for an interview. It's depressing when you know that you're definitely qualified for the position but no one calls back.
