I really shouldn't complain, I know some people wait for months and months .....The whole process hasn't been bad at all - It's just SO ANNOYING to have NO control over anything and have to rely on someone else to do things ..........
I want to pack, and paint, and redo the hardwood floors - my head is spinning w/ a million things and my stress level is at 10+ ........and I'm just sitting around WAITING for someone else to make this decision!! ....(Can you tell I am a bit of a control freak??)

as the wife of a mortgage broker- I can tell you it s u c k s on the end side also!
Jake was suppose to have a closing last night at 5:30- at 5pm the bank called and said the loan was no longer cleared to close b/c they wanted a new power of attorney letter- Jake has never had a cleared loaned get uncleared in his whole career!
so many people are invloved- it's takes time to get them all flowing together
hang in there!

But I know it's not one person's fault, it's just the whole having no control over it that's driving me insane !

how long do you ususally wait?
we are waiting for their lawyer for the contracts to be drawn up and its been 3 days and it feels like 3 months
