nap length??
Abby is a little over 3 months old now and seems to be developing two distinct naps (morning & afternoon), rather than the three (one morning, two afternoon) that she had before. How long should I let her nap in the afternoon? She's been asleep for over 2 hours now (its 3:35 pm). I'd like her to go to sleep around 7:30 at night. Thanks!

Re: nap length??
I never wake DD up from her naps.
She has her days where she used to go down for 2+ hours and still goes down at normal bedtime.
Right now she takes 2-3 naps a day, max of 30-45 min each. She's 6 months old

Re: nap length??
I think if it's around max 3 hours you;re OK. I'd only wake him up if it was getting near bedtime so he'd be sure to sleep all night. I wish I had this problem, my son doesn't nap much at all.

Re: nap length??
DD sleeps 1 1/2-2 1/2 hrs (rare, usually it's 2 hrs) morning and afternoon.
