Some BIG Milestones in Progress over here...
May I brag a little... 
My boys are getting so big, right before my very eyes...
Seeing them interact, learning from eachother, smooching their baby brother, it's all so incredible...
Seeing every age, every milestone in their development, as different or alike as they may be in so many ways...
John Anthony (4) has been reading, spelling and once they start they wanna read EVERYTHING or spell everything.
Hubby and I cant even spell things out anymore. Yesterday I said to my hubby "OK, time for a N-A-P-?" and John Anthony goes "N-A-P-? NAP NAP? IM NOT taking a nap!"
  Seeing him discover words and just seeing the look on his face when he knows what the letters are spelling, is just priceless...
and the same with math. For a few months, he's been intrigued with numbers, dollars and cents, grocery shopping is heaven for him. and he's learning simple math from day to day examples we use...
Luca (Nicholas) HAS BEEN GOING POTTY!!!!!!!!!!!    This is INCREDIBLE news in this house because JOhn Anthony was 3 and change when he went potty. For a few weeks (he's 2 1/2) He's been INSISTING that he has to go potty. and he stands there (he sees big bother go standing, so he's going right to standing)... and sure enough, he stands there for 5 minutes, "pushing" and little drips and little pees come out, its too cute! (and sometimes little toots come out too  ) but he's been SOOO set and headstrong about having to go, and every time he says it, he does go a little, and he's learning to understand when he has to go, how to hold it in, etc. Im sOOOOO Excited to be on the road to ONE in diapers again
and Luciano, well he hit his 3 MONTH milestone!!!! He's the most content and delicious baby ever... sometimes I feel bad that I dont get as much time with his as I did with his brothers, so when theyre at school, I hold him forever, we just hang out together all day.

Great news!! I hear you on the s-p-e-l-l-i-n-g thing. Sean loves, loves, loves to read. It is awesome to hear them figure out a new word. 
And yay for Luca!! I'm counting the days until Kevin goes on the potty!! Granted, it's over a year away, but I can't wait to stop buying diapers!!

Awwww...
The plus side is that they will be GREAT spellers when they go to school
My mom used to spell everything to my Dad (not a great speller).
She'd say: "Did you get the B-I-R-T-H-D-A-Y C-A-K-E?"
My Dad:  HUH?
And before he could figure it out I was...
"Cake, cake, where's my birthday cake?"
