Can I eat ravioli's?
Is ricotta safe? I was gonna make ravioli's tonight.. but I wasnt sure if ricotta in them is safe...

I just had ravioli last night and mid way through eating I was like can i have this type of cheese? I proceeded to take out the ricotta from the ravioli. Oh the things that Pregnancy will do

As long as the ricotta is pasteurized. I think the ricotta they sell in the supermarket is so you should be fine.

Ricotta cheese is fine, cold, cooked, warmed up. It's pasteurized. Enjoy those ravioli's stuffed shells, manicotti's!!

Ricotta cheese is considered safe. It is pasteurized. Any cheese that is pasteurized is safe.
