Where is your car seat placed?
I have ours in the middle of the back seat. DD is 9mths and rear facing. I intend to leave it in the same place when she starts facing forward. I Am concerned about being hit from the side so I think this is the safest place....but would like to know where the rest of you moms place yours.

My carseat is in the middle~front facing. It's a PITA to get him in the middle, but it's safest place for him to be.

She has always been in the middle- it's a huge PITA but I feel she is safest there.

Michaels carseat is in the middle, and always has been since he was born,
so just kept the seat in the same place when we switched to big seat

Mine is rear facing on the passenger side. I don't think the latch system is in the middle. I do worry alot about a side impact.

I always had him in the middle, until I had to put 2 seats in. Now I have the older one behind the driver and the younger one behind the passenger.

Ours is forward facing/middle. She was in the middle also with the infant seat and when she was rear facing.

MY daughters are still rear-facing. One is behind me , then one is in the middle. Patrick is in a booster in the 3 row.

Mine had to go in the on the passenger side rear facing still because the the way our front seats are I wouldnt be able to drive comfortably. Soon Luka will behind me and the baby will be behind the passegner.

Mine was on the side UNTIL - friends of ours were in a bad car accident - their son's carseat was behind the passenger seat. He was badly hurt & it left a huge effect on us. DS had been in the middle ever since.
ETA: It was a side impact collision that happened.
