I am an AUNT!
As of 1:00am this morning! Sandra Katherine was 7pds 6 ounces- I can't wait to go to the hospital later and meet her! 
She had the easiest birth- started having strong contractions at around 5pm, went to the hospital around 10pm and delivered 3 hours later. She said is was a dream- except for the hours at home that she delayed going to the hospital- in pain.
Here's a tip for anyone close to someone who is delivering before them- DO NOT CALL THEM WHILE THEY ARE IN LABOR! My SIL called me frantic. She was so scared and just wanted to hear my voice and have me say it was going to be ok. BIG MISTAKE for me!
I am now terrified of labor- she sounded awful and it was very scary. Not a good idea 9 weeks from labor myself.
But I am so glad everyone is doing well- for some reason it is so real to me now.

Don't worry about your SIL's reaction. Everyone is different. Some people just panic more but that doesn't necessarily mean they are experiencing more pain at the moment you talk to them. Everyone is going to be different.
You'll be more than fine Just get into one of your pretzel yoga poses  and take deep cleansing breaths
