Reason to park my but on the couch
Today when I went for my appt. the nurse took my BP, It was 130/80. She said lay down and rest and Ill come back and take it in a couple minutes. I did as I was told and she retook it and it was 116/70. Now if I could get her to call DH and tell him no more housework
