Help with paint
Ok so I need to pick paint asap so we can paint this weekend, here is my dilema....I have a very open floor plan so the two colors need to flow. The living room is going to have green couches and light wood tables, I'm thinking maybe something in the yellow/gold family?? Now the dining room has dark furniture and no windows b/c it's in the middle of the house, so what light color would flow nicely with the living room? I need ideas and paint pics if possilbe!!! TIA

Re: Help with paint
I personally think a nice tan would flow perfectly

Re: Help with paint
What about choosing a darker or lighter color on the same paint strip, for the DR? (They usually have 3-7 colors on a strip.)

Re: Help with paint
We have benjamin Moore Philadelphia Cream in our open living room and hallways and Putnam beige in the Family room. They flow nicely togther and the Putnam Beige would look great in a dining room. I will bump the thread for you.

Re: Help with paint
I have Benjamin Moore windham cream in my living room. Its cream with a touch of yellow. You can see it on their web site.

We were going to use Weston Flax first (its on the same swatch) but when we used the color sample it was too dark for us. I find that a lot of the colors are a little darker than the swatches once they are on the wall.
