One of my clients who already bought a house have a unit for sale there. They said it's a great building and area and loved living there - but now it's time for them to get a house.

My friends are there...they really like it. Our only complaint is parking is a real pain in the a$$. They get one spot and when anyone goes to visit you end up parking blocks away.

I lived blocks away for all my life (til I got married)....the parking is pretty horrendous, but its a really nice place to live.
