How long..
from when you got your mortgage commitment til the time you closed??
We have nothing else to really do-- we will get our inspection report probably tomorrow-- then reach out to the lawyer for concessions.. We are awaiting results on the title search-- and we have signed all the mortgage docs and will hand them over tomorrow..
Just tryin to get an idea on if we will close on time.

Hmm from what I can remember it took us a couple of weeks. My girlfriend just closed and it took about 5 weeks- she was soo annoyed.

for the apt. I am buying now - we got our mortgage commitment on July 28th - now we are just waiting for the title - (I am hoping it will be this week) and then we can close. Titles take 2-3 weeks from my understanding.

I know where that is - good luck with it! There is a good nail place on Observer just north of Adams that gives great pedicures 
ETA: its in the shopping center with the Dunkin Donuts and liquor store.
