I know how you feel. I got 9 hours of sleep last night but felt the need to take a mid morning nap. I long for the time when I had so much energy. Now, even showering is tiring!

i am very tired lately too. i'm in bed as i write this. i think it's important to listen to your body as much as possible...try to rest as often as you can.
