how do you keep a rputine went out?

last nigt was the first night we were out during Allison's bedtime how do you keep a routine?
She fell asleep around 730 at the party we were at, the wsoff and on til 9 at the party. then we left around 9 she was off and on the whole car ride then was up when we got home we fed her around 9 then she was off an on in her crib form 930-11 the she slept form 11-7.

You really just wing it nights that you are out. I know with my kids I either let them sleep in theri stroller or I brought a pack in Play n Play. BOth kids transfer well so I am lucky. I used to pack things up while DH warmed up the car and then brought kids in while we packed up pack n play. Like I said, just wing it - its only one night of disruption - hopefully

I would agree, don't get too hung up on your routine. Its great for regular nights when you are at home, but don't sweat it if you are out a bit later, your baby wlll be tired, but fine!
