Pellegrino water?

I have given up my iced tea addiction for Pellegrino water, but somewhere in the back of my head, I remember a friend's DH said something that they add something to pellegrino to aid in digestion (and it mentions something on the bex about digestion)

there site has been down for the last two days, so I can't check there and nothing is said about ingredients on the bottle. Do you think it's just sodium bicarbonate?

is it safe to drink?

LOL I used to drink alot so I want to cut back on the caffeine (since I still have one one cup of tea or coffee in the morning), but I also drink crystal light - so I want to stay away from the aspertame. If I let myself, I would drink 1/2 gallon a day!

HA. Ok. I was like "uhoh, I drink iced tea!" but I don't drink that much. I can't stomach coffee, so I usually have a glass of soda or iced tea a day.

Back to your original question, i think Pellegrino water is fine.

Not sure about the digestion issue - but I know mineral water has minerals in it and I find often it makes me feel bloated - I know my friends have commented on this too in the past.

As long as that doesn't bother you it should be okay to drink. It is just sparkling (carbonated) mineral water right?
