LUPRON????
I am a nurse and have heard alot about this drug but was wondering What is like to take It??? Side Effects!! Weight gain??? ETC!!!! Any information would be appreciated!!!

I took it briefly, and didn't notice any additional (ahem) weight gain. I only used it once and I had cysts, for some reason (that I htink) the dr took me off it

I took Lupron and a few other drugs (Follistim, Menopur) for my IVF. I did get bloated and probably gained about 5 lbs. when I was on the medication. I don't know if it was the Lupron, the other drugs, or the combination of taking a variety of drugs together. I didn't have any other side effects. The weight came off almost immediately when I stopped taking the medication.

I used it before my IVF cycle. The only side effect I had was headaches!
