could this be a problem..
i just recently noticed my doctor is charging me out of network becuase my empire blue cross if of FLA not NY,
how will this affect my delivery & hospital stay?

Call your insurance person at the Drs office. I switched from BC/BS of NY to Delaware, and my doctors are in-network, but they are not considered "Local" in-network. See if they cannot make sure all of your doctors are listed with that company for your primary care, particularly the hospital.

They are submitting the bills wrong. Call Your BCBS carrier, they will correct it for you. Tell them you want the Drs office called.
