Free Engraved Oneida Baby spoon

Hi, I just received a coupon for a free Oneida Engraved keepsake spoon from gerber, Its really pretty with the baby name and date of birth engraved on it. But it says baby has to be less than 8 weeks old and my daughter is 5 months, does anyone want the reservation # so they can order it?
