A "light" yougurt..not realizing its made with sweetners? Is that really bad? I usually buy regular

my mom had a friend who was obsessed with her weight, and consumed nothing but diet coke throughout her entire pregnancy - I though for sure tje kid was going to be born with an extra limb or something, but he came out completely fine.... I'm sure 1 light yogurt wont do any harm at all!!!

Thank You ladies. I haven't been eating exactly "Great" but when it comes to the sweetners, I get a little nervous..Although, I do have fruit 2o which contains Splenda..Splenda is ok I think
Just started my 27th week. You think I'd have it "down pat" by now...

Oh boy, I've been eating light yogurt everyday for weeks. I had no idea that I wasn't supposed to! Here I thought I was being good.

same here, I was told by the diabetes center doctor at winthrop that splenda and equal DO NOT CROSS OVER INTO THE PLACENTA-
REGULAR SUGAR AND SWEET AND LOW DOES.
and I remember early in my pg there were questions about that added ingredient Phenolaline (sp) well that is SAFE it is an amino acid and helps break down protein- TOTALLY safe!!! I was avoiding this like the plague if I saw that ingredient in there thinking it wasnt safe!!!
