pregnancy and eczema?

As if my pregnancy acne wasn't bad enough - I think I have eczema or something similar to it on my legs. I have never had psoriasis or eczema, but over the last 3 weeks my legs have been really itchy and full of red bumps. I thought it was razor burn or an allergy to a new body wash.

So I threw out the body wash and stopped shaving for 2 weeks (glad it's not summer!). I've been examining my legs today and it's looking more and more like the pictures of eczema that I see on the internet.

I have a doctor's appointment for 11/2 and will talk to him today about it over the phone - but is this a possible pregnancy development?

any info is really appreciated!
