You could do "field day" types of games. Water balloons, races to pop a balloon by sitting on it, corn hole games, etc.

Ring toss, water gun races, bean bag toss, target golf, DIY kerplunk, big foot races...

Oriental trading has lots of games ready to go you can buy
Musical chairs is always fun
Is there water?
Balloon toss? Pass the water is always fun

These all look great! Thank you! The big foot one made me laugh. We now have indoor and outdoor games. Sack race, ballon toss, ninja warrior bouncy ball race, pin the tail on the donkey & piñata,
