Spinoff of my own post re Birthday Dilemma

Ive been Chat Icon trying to find a date for my daughter's bday this year!

I think I have it narrowed down to the following dates/times. Which would you pick?

-- My daughter's birthday is at the end of April but we cannot have a party Easter Weekend or the Two Weekends that Follow

- Our School Districts Spring Break begins Thursday 4/18

Thanks!

Do you have a lot of working parents?
If so the Friday and Thursday evening timeslots are too early and forget a week day at noon even during spring break.

The only one that would work for me would be the Saturday morning one- it's early for me- very early for a weekend- but the others wouldn't work with my work schedule.

Thanks!! We have some working moms but Many stay at home moms and/or full time nannies as the kids are mostly in 1/2 day preschool.

We did a weekday around noon during april break when dd was in half day preschool and it worked out great. We only had 1 or 2 no rsvps.

Why not middle of May. Instead of trying to fit it in quickly. My sons birthday is 3 days after Christmas. If we have parties it’s middle to end of Ja this cause no one needs something extra during a holiday season.

Saturday at 9:30. I think ending at 7pm is a bit late for a pre schooler. My kids go to bed between 730 - 8pm. Unless you're super lucky, most little ones are early risers. 9:30 on Saturday is perfect time for that age, imo. It provides for a nice morning activity and leaves the rest of the day open for families to do whatever is on their agenda.

Unfortunately due to family and work obligations and availability etc we wouldnt be able to do it on a weekend until June which is crazy and too far. But looks like we will end up doing a friday in May

Thanks everyone
