Passport Question
Both DH & myself need to renew our passports and our DC both need passports. I have appointments set up to do theirs this coming Friday in person.
My question is do you think we need to expedite them for travel on 4/18? It says 4-6 weeks with mailing time?
I heard some people say they did not expedite and got them way before the 4-6 week mark. Just not sure if we should take the chance.

Usually at the passport place they will tell you how long it takes and if you need to expedite. I think you may be ok but I would ask.

My daughter just got her passport (didn't have one before) and I was shocked when it came in the mail 7 days later! I think you should be fine.

You should be fine. My friend was traveling in 3 weeks so she did the expedited and got it back in 10 days.

They have been coming in like 10 days without expediting (according to my many travel groups, and my own experience)
