Baby shower timeline
Dumb question, but I am hosting a baby shower and not sure how to time the party.
Any suggestions on how to plan the 4 hours.
If it starts at 12:00 and ends at 4:00 what time do we start opening gifts? I’m assuming we take a break for everyone to eat?
Games will be played throughout.

4 hours seems long to me, but if that's how long you have the place might as well use it. Is it a surprise party?
If so, I'd probably serve food around 1:00, open gifts around 2:00/2:30 and leave the rest of the time for socializing.

Baby shower timeline
If it’s at a restaurant you open gifts after the meal. Make sure you take photos with the cake or take a break while opening presents bc dessert is usually served while the gifts are being opened.
