where would i look?
what department/part of the government would i go to to find out how much a caregiver is paid?
SO's mom seriously needs to have someone watch her 24/7. SO is about to start that conversation with her doctor. i thought i might help him out in some of the research.

I've used the office of the aging at the county level and they were helpful with things I was looking for with my grandfather.

Medicare / Medicaid,she should get some help thru the county and/or state.
Get her a social worker thru her doctor and start there.
