I am so not a city person? Any fun family restaurants near Candytopia?

That's right near Penn Station right?
There isn't really anything "fun" around there to be honest.
Lots of pub type places etc

It’s literally right across the street from Penn. We didn’t eat near there when we went, but you could walk to the Rock Center cafe and eat right under the tree.

I'm not sure it's "fun" but Brother Jimmy's is BBQ on 31st and 8th and kids eat free there with the purchase of an adult entree.

Mustang Harry's is very kid friendly, too.

Sticking with the candy theme, you can go to Sugar Factory in Times Square.

Black Tap Burger is a quick subway ride uptown and they have those fun shakes.

Near Union Square is Max Brenner's.
