weight loss... gastric bypass
a while ago, there was a conversation about weight loss and having gastric bypass.
in that conversation, i mentioned that after my surgery i still had myself to deal with. the operation changed my physical stomach but it did nothing for my brain. it didn't change the reasons i chose to overeat, it didn't change the reasons i self-medicated with chocolate cake.
i'm re-touching the subject because i have found a podcast (website, facebook group, etc) about all these things. i'm loving it.
podcast: losing 100 lbs with phit-n-phat
host/owner: corinne crabtree
i've been listening to the podcast for a couple of weeks, i've joined the free facebook group (she had paid service/coaching... but i'm cheap). she is happy to share a lot of free info/advice.
i hope this info can help someone who is considering these things.

I think she was a poster on here and LIW way back in the day. I can't remember her user name though.
