Random time question
If you have a meeting scheduled for 3:00 and want to change it to 3:30, do you ask to move it up, or move it back? For some reason, I'm never clear on this one

Re: Random time question
I feel like moving it up means making it earlier. So I would say that pushing it out to a half an hour later would be moving it back.
But then, when I say that out loud, it doesn't sound right either....
How about just saying, can we push the meeting to 330?
Now THAT sounds right. lol

Right?!?! Neither one sounds right to me, so I do just ask to change the time, but was just wondering what the "correct" way to phrase it would be

Re: Random time question
Funn bc when I say "back" I think of moving the time backwards. Like we say Spring forward and Fall "back" so we move the clocks back. LOL
Just as the other poster says saying you're pushing the call to 3:30 or moving the call to 3:30.
