Would you get your boss something?
My last day of work is Wednesday before my new job starts. My current bosses are AWESOME. I have 2, my immediate boss and my department boss. Seriously they are why I’m still feeling so sad leaving even though I wanted the change. They have been more than accommodating and flexible with me, especially when I went through my fertility treatments, had my children and other things. They have literally let me come and go and do what I want the last 2 years as long as my work was done. I’ve worked 4 days a week for 6 months as well without issue. They really went well above and beyond for me and also supported me as a professional. Would you get them a card/ gift card? I don’t want to see ungrateful, I work in a small field

sounds like they have been awesome to work for. i say yes. let them know that you appreciate all they did.
i would write them a heart-felt card. as far as the actual gift... maybe a gift card to starbucks, DD, or a nice bottle of wine.

Agreed. I'd definitely write a note to them in a card, but I don't know that I'd do an actual gift. Maybe something edible/wine- chocolates, cookies, fruit, etc.

I like the idea of a heartfelt card. What about something cute like frame a picture of you guys and wrap it. Can get one of those funny "best boss" mugs and put a GC in it.
Write down some of your fav fun memories together or a GC to one of your fav lunch spots you've been to with them.

TOmorrow is "Bosses Day" so you may be able to find something boss related today at Hallmark or something.
