conference welcome package

i'm working on a short conference for "specialists" at my job. i'll have a small-ish hosting job.

i was thinking of putting together a small "welcome" package.

if you were traveling for work (staying at the hotel for 4 nights), what kind of items in the package would you like to receive?

i was thinking something along the lines of the hotel welcome "baskets" many of us put together when planned our weddings for our OOS guests.

When we go to conferences they give out earplugs...but that's because it's a shared room setting so I guess they are thinking about if your roommate snores. Lol.
But actually I was just in a hotel with my dh and dd the other night and people were so loud in the rooms near us that we could barely sleep. So earplugs might be a good idea when staying in a hotel regardless!

Bottle of water, gum/mints, some candy maybe?

I traveled to Colorado for a work conf and they gave us a few thing that were Colorado things. One was a wood ornament and then a few food things.
