How is Fios on demand?
I have Direct TV. I have been catching up with a series on demand and sometimes a few episodes arent available and sometimes the series says not available. I have to keep going on and searching endlessly. Wondering if its a direct tv issue or it happens elsewhere. We probably are going to make tolhe switch but hoping to go where on demand is always available and not like Direct TV

Re: How is Fios on demand?
FIOS does not make shows available on demand for 24 hours after the show airs and then it's only available for a set amount of time. I'm not sure if that varies by show, station, or Fios decides, but I sometimes fall really far behind on a show and then it gets cut off on my DVR and by the time I want to watch it, it's off of Demand already. By then it's typically not available online either, so maybe the network sets it.

Re: How is Fios on demand?
I never had a problem with on demand on fios. I watched the whole first season of Divorce with Sarah Jessica Parker over a year after it came out. It had all the episodes. It kept saying, available until x date- but the dates would just keep renewing.
I have never seen them skip episodes or have episodes unavailable either

Re: How is Fios on demand?
Oh wow. I thought maybe it would be better. I have been having problems with Direct TV and just started watching This Is US on demand to catch up to the series. The shows are there but sometimes they are gone and then a few minutes later back and sometimes it shows it can't be found. I have to go on and search at different times. This morning an episode was there that was missing last night. Very frustrating, although it sounds like FIOS might not be better.

What you are writing, this sounds a lot better than Direct TV.

Ok, this is making me want to switch. Direct tv on demand is very confusing and unorganized. If I click on, sometimes it says show is not available. Sometimes it is there but it doesn't record. Last night I was up to a certain episode and it was the only one missing. I was really into watching too, as I just finished watching a few episodes. Of course this morning it is there again. I haven't used demand too much but it is very aggravating now that I have this past week.
