Salary caps
Does your job have salary caps? If so, do they still give a standard of living raise?

Re: Salary caps
We have a salary cap. I haven't gotten a raise in almost 9 years.
I do get a "bonus" each year, but it has been the same amount every single year so no increase there either.
So, no - we don't get a COL increase.

Re: Salary caps
I can answer for my DHs company. There is a salary cap for each position, but they get a 3-5% COL raise every year, and depending on position/performance 12-22% salary bonus every year. I don’t know what happens when they reach the cap though, if they still get a COL.

Re: Salary caps
from my understanding of things here...
there is a salary cap for each position. once you reach the cap, you get a yearly (one time) bonus... but i do not know if the bonus or the regular salary is adjusted for inflation/COL. i'll ask.
there are positions that are tied to a yearly performance bonus separate from their regular salary.

Salary caps
Yes. Every position had a salary cap. No cost of living increases except for those employees that were not salaried. Bonuses fluctuated with how well the business did.
