sears sucks!!

i ordered a set of clamps to hold up a sign.
i ordered it on 08/01. i called because i haven't received an email to pick it up. they told me that they will call me back in 72 hours with pick up info.
72 hours pass and i call back. the new rep tells me that the first rep cancelled my order and requested a refund.

i don't want a refund. i want the items.
i was told that if i still want the item, they won't have them until 09/01.
when were they planning to tell me?

oh, and i've already received three email surveys on how they are doing... um, this is why you're going out of business!!
