Can you freeze pastries?
We had a party yesterday and had too many desserts left over. Do you know if you can freeze Italian pastries, particularly sfogliatelle? We won't be able to eat them before they go bad and it seems a waste to not save them.
Thanks!

Re: Can you freeze pastries?
You can definitely freeze sfogliatelle!
I do it often. It’s my favorite pastry and I often bring it back from home or Naples.
Freeze them, and when you want to eat them, defrost. Heat up your oven, and warm them up to make them more tasty (about 10 minutes).
