HR Question
If an employee had something done by her supervisor that was wrong, but not illegal, do they then have no grounds in filing a complaint with HR? I can go into more details about the situation via PM if needed but just wanted some general information. Thanks!

Re: HR Question
Just because it isn't illegal doesn't mean it doesn't violate company policy. Did what the supervisor do violate company policy?

Yeah, this is my line of thinking as well. If it violates company policy she could still file a complaint or grievance.

Re: HR Question
It doesn't have to violate a law or a company policy. If it makes the employee uncomfortable, a complaint can be filed.
